From San Diego

In just a few months I plan to head into a world unknown to our students, and hopefully I will bring back videos that will help them understand the way so many people live in the world. I'll be spending about a month in Sierra Leone, where my mom has been working for a year now running a clinic in Freetown. It is my hope that I will be able to interview people and video experiences that our students will never have themselves. Education is more than the books that we give our students, but also what we bring them from the world.
